Still listed as opening in 2023, Summer House on the Lake will be Disney’s newest eatery located at the West End of Disney Springs across from the AMC24 and next door to Jaleo. Over the past few weeks, we have been watching the construction crews moving fast to get the building finished, with windows starting to be installed and the front entrance taking shape. Anything else is still behind walls, so no idea what the final look will be.
