Magic Kingdom Report: Holiday Pandora Set, New Holiday Ears, Tiana’s Bayou Mural Almost Finished, Tron Loses Grid Wall and Some Magical Images. What a splendid morning here at Walt Disney World. The weather was perfect and the skies were the most wonderful blue for image capturing.
We have a lot of stuff to go over, like Columbia Harbor House is having some facade work and is behind walls near Momento Mori, Tron’s Grid Wall is now behind black walls, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure Mural is almost done plus a lot of changes to construction at the retheming of the ride.
Furthermore, a ton of new merchandise, from new Pandora Charms for the holidays to new holiday Disney ears have shown up in Fantasy Faire. Along with a new Space Mountain long-sleeve shirt.
We also just spent some time walking around getting some new images for your enjoyment. We love sharing these images with you, so you can feel like you are in the heart of Disney’s Magic Kingdom.

At Tomorrowland Launch Depot we found a brand new Space Mountain Long Sleeve Shirt. The shirt has Space Mountain written on the arm in green and blue hues. Along the bottom of the shirt is an image of the facade of Space Mountain.
Meanwhile, we took some photos of Mad Tea Party pour yourself into an oversized pastel teacup and twirl through a wild wonderland of color and song. As the party gets underway, sail back and forth around a towering teapot as festive music fills the air.
Over at Fantasy Faire, we found the return of the Santa Hat Mickey Ears Ears, plus the new Winter Collection Holiday Minnie Ears with Mickey and a Snowman, Minnie Mouse ice skating and on the back is silvery glitter trees.
As we traveled around and were leaving Fantasyland, we stopped by to get some images of Rapunzel tower from Tangled. The sun was perfect for these shots. You can clearly see the Sun symbol on the flags and the lanterns that all Tangled Fans will know and love, in the background is the tower itself.
Which makes me wonder if we will ever see more than a relax and charging station, plus a bathroom and stroller parking in the parks?
Columbia Harbor House is undergoing some refurbishments. The outside section that is in Fantasyland, across from Momento Mori is now behind walls. The front entrance is still accessible, and the restaurant is open.
Reel in delicious seafood, New England-inspired favorites, and more as you dine in a cozy, seafaring setting.
Last week we reported on the new mural coming to Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, and today we got to see the almost completed version. Artists were on hand putting some final touches. What was really cool was seeing the smaller versions they were working off of. It got moved around a few times while we waited for the Walt Disney World Railroad, looking like it was 4’x4′ which is rather large.
I wonder what they will do with those example pieces…
We also saw that the top of the Southern Dome Salt Company was getting some finished concret work done.
First announced in 2020, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure will take guests on a musical adventure inspired by the beloved story and characters from the fan-favorite film. Picking up where the film left off, guests will join Princess Tiana, Naveen, and jazz-loving alligator Louis on an adventure through the bayou as they prepare to host a one-of-a-kind Mardi Gras celebration where everyone is welcome.
Along the way, guests will encounter familiar faces, make new friends, and travel through the bayou to original music inspired by songs from the film as they are brought into the next chapter of Tiana’s story.
Finally, on our way our we stopped at Uptown Jewelers and saw the new Pandora Holiday Charm set was in. $255.00
Dumbo and Simba charms are circular sliders, and the Mickey charm hangs from a charm holder ring.
That will about do it for our morning at Disney’s Magic Kingdom. Today was a Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party day. Crowds were very manageable, we did get to ride Tron and Jungle Cruise for fun. Nothing like going into the park with no agenda and coming out with tons of information.
Later on, we will have a few articles about after we left the park and hopped the Monorail to Disney’s Contemporary resort, where we got the new Haunted Mansion Eclair, had breakfast, and saw the new Mickey fall topiary.
