2024 New Year’s Eve at Walt Disney World Parks: Firework Times and Parties. Three of the Four Parks will be open for the countdown to Midnight on New Year’s Eve, with the Magic Kingdom and Epcot releasing showtimes and Fireworks scheduled for the evening’s celebration. Let’s not forget the huge party going on at California Grill this year with Alice’s Whimsical World of Wonderland

Epcot –
Park Hours 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM
Luminous: Symphony of Us will show early at 6:30 PM on New Year’s Eve, followed by parties around the World Showcase. Each pavilion normally offers DJs and dance parties. This area can become rather crowded, so we suggest finding a pavilion offering what you enjoy and staying there.

Epcot will celebrate the New Year as it moves around the World Showcase. Each international pavilion will offer a festive announcement when the clock strikes midnight in their country, and guests can enjoy live music at the America Gardens Theatre. And when the clock strikes midnight, guests can gather around World Showcase to catch “Cheers to the New Year: A Sparkling Celebration”
Magic Kingdom –
Park Hours 8:00 AM to 1:00 AM
Magic Kingdom has not announced much for New Year’s Eve, but then again they normally don’t until the day. What to look forward to besides huge crowds? Dance parties will be held at Cinderella Castle Stage, Frontierland, and Tomorrowland.
The Fantasy in The Sky Fireworks show in the Magic Kingdom is going to be held at both 6:30 pm and 11:50 pm on December 30 and 31, 2023. This is great since they have a showing that is going to be a bit more family-friendly, where younger guests can see the show, and still make it to bed at a decent hour.
Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade 12:00 PM 3:00 PM
If you cannot make it into the park for any reason, like the park has reached capacity, there are great spots to watch around Seven Seas Lagoon. Even though part of the beach will be closed off to non-guests, the Polynesian Resort and Hotel has some fantastic views. This is our destination for the evening.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom –
Park Hours 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Fireworks & Nighttime Entertainment: No entertainment today.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios –
Park Hours 8:30 AM to 12:00 AM
Not much information about something happening for the countdown, but in years past they played a show in the courtyard in front of Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway.
Fantasmic will play at the normal showtimes 8:00 and 9:30 PM.
