Hallmark Channel’s Christmas In July Event Was Announced and Starts in June for 2024. Get your tree and decorations ready, pour yourself a cup of hot chocolate and get your coziest Christmas blanket because Christmas in July is coming on June 29, 2024.
That’s right, Christmas in July starts in June this year. Hallmark made the announcement that Hallmarkies were talking about recently. We are getting two new original Christmas movies.
The first one is Falling Like Snowflakes. This is set to premiere on Saturday, June 29, 2024 at 8/7C. This movie stars Rebecca Dalton and Marcus Rosner. The story: A photographer (Dalton) determined to complete her exhibit by capturing a rare photo of a 12-sided snowflake, enlists the help of a childhood friend (Rosner) and they go on a mission they’ll never forget.
The second brand new movie is A Very Vermont Christmas. This will premiere on Saturday, July 20, 2024 at 8/7C. This movie stars Katie Leclerc and Ryan McPartlin. The story: A local champion skier (Leclerc) and a Vermont brew master (McPartlin) come together as an unlikely match to create a seasonal microbrew, in order to save her family’s business by Christmas.
Also, in the announcement by Hallmark, we learned of the television premieres of Three Wise Men and a Baby: Extended Cut, An Ice Palace Romance, and Rescuing Christmas. These movies were previously available only on the Hallmark Movies Now streaming service. Hallmark Movies Now will also get a July premiere with Operation Nutcracker.
Operation Nutcracker stars Ashely Newbrough and Christopher Russell. This will premiere on July 1. 2024 on Hallmark Movies Now. The story: When an antique nutcracker is set to be auctioned by the Warby family Christmas charity goes missing, a demanding even planner (Newbrough) and the heir to the Warby dynasty (Russell) try to track it down.
An Ice Palace Romance premieres on Hallmark Channel on Saturday July 27, 2024 at 8/7C. It stars Celeste Desjardins and Marcus Rosner. The story: A journalist (Desjardins) faces old fears when she returns to her hometown ice rink to cover a story. With the help of the owner (Rosner) and his young daughter, she begins to reevaluate her life’s purpose.
Three Wise Men and A Baby: Extended Cut. This premieres on the Hallmark Channel on Saturday, July 6, 2024, at 8/C. Stars Paul Campbell, Tyler Hynes, and Andrew Walker. “Three brothers (Campbell, Hynes, Walker) get the surprise of their lives when they are forced to work together to care for a baby over the holidays.” (The original version premiered in 2022.)
Rescuing Christmas premieres on Hallmark Channel on Saturday, July 13, 2024 at 8/7C. This stars Rachael Leigh Cook and Sam Page. The story: After being granted three wishes by Santa, Erin Smithson (Cook) inadvertently erases Christmas from history. After realizing what a huge mistake she’s made, Erin sets out to bring it back with the help from her brother-in-law’s coworker Sam (Page).
